Myers Lawncare
Established in July 2011, Myers Lawncare is a family run and operated business. We know what quality work is and strive to deliver a superior job. As we prepare for the 2013 season, we are setting higher goals for our company. To date, every goal we have set has been achieved early or on time. I anticipate this year being no different. Maintaining our standards of quality is the most important goal of our company.
Core Values
Integrity – We always do the right thing. We take no shortcuts and are fully accountable for our successes and failures.
Passion – Our company strives to be the market leader in our business. We are totally excited about our business and strive each day to accomplish our production goals.
Customer – We know that the customer is the reason that we exist. Our foremost goal is to please the customer whom we serve.
Strategy – We (owners, managers, and employees) meet regularly and spend time creating strategy plans that include actionable goals for how we intend to grow our organization.
Adaptation – Our organization is eager and willing to accept change of all kinds. (personnel, systems, technology, etc!)
Team – Each person in the organization is responsible for supporting another person in the organization. (What is your company’s culture as it relates to its employees?)

Where there is no vision, the people perish: but he that keepeth the law, happy is he.

“Quality is never an accident; it is always the result of high intention, sincere effort, intelligent direction and skillful execution; it represents the wise choice of many alternatives.”
